5 Steps to stay consistent

Here’s why people usually aren’t consistent when it comes to sticking to their health and fitness regime:

1: We want to see results straight away and when we don’t, we get discouraged.
2: We rely too much on motivation and not enough on discipline.
3: We’re not prepared for the struggle.

What you do daily determines who you become permanently.

In this 20 min video I give you 5 Rules to stick by to make sure you stay consistent and on track to achieving your goals:

If you’re too busy to watch that, here’s a brief overview:

  • Build a system – create your lifestyle to encourage your goal.
  • Focus on the process not the outcome – daily habits and routines are everything!
  • Be prepared for obstacles – plan for hardship.
  • Don’t wait to be motivated or inspired –
  • Love the work 80% of the time – it’s up to you to make it enjoyable.

And I even give you a bonus tip… but you’re going to have to watch the video for that one šŸ˜‰

If you’d like me to help YOU reach your health and fitness goals, I’d love to help!
