We all have busy lifestyles right?
So the name of the game is to try and become as efficient and effective as possible.
- Minimum time.
- Minimum resources.
- Minimum fuss.

FOOD:
- Create 2 x recipe book of “favourites”, one for main meals and one for snacks.
- Either delegate a meal each week to someone else or use one night to have exactly the same easy meal each week eg. Taco Tuesdays.
- Cook 2 snacks each week (a double batch of both) to alternate during the week. Freeze one of each snack for future weeks. Check out some free recipes here.
EXERCISE:
- Have a set warm up and cool down routine that you do every single session eg. sun salutations sequence.
- 30 min circuit workouts using weights and incorporating running.
- Get a massage gun – I can’t even begin to explain how beneficial these are for recovery, mobility, pain relief, injury minimisation…. If you want to check some out, here’s a discount link.
LIFESTYLE:
- Have one day a week as “Social Media Free Day” or, if that’s too much, at least block out times throughout your day that are completely screen free.
- Automate bill payments – just one less thing you have to think about.
- Introduce an “Hour of Power” on a Saturday morning to plan your week ahead.
Rather than trying to squash more things in to your busy life, consider these alternatives:
