Do you always look after everyone else before yourself?
Not only is that not healthy, it’s no fun either!
We all need to find a healthy balance between looking after ourselves and helping others.
Most of us understand this on an intellectual level, however putting it into practice can be hard.

- Be clear on WHY you want to start prioritising yourself.
eg. To be healthier, to set a good example for your kids, to improve your relationships, to spend time doing things you enjoy etc.
- Formulate a plan to free up time.
You’ll need to either: Sacrifice, Delegate or Become more Efficient.
- Tell people of your intentions and be prepared that this may not be received well.
- Start small.
Think of where you want to create new boundaries eg. Self. Body. Fuel focusing on habits rather than results.
