Structure and planning is the key to me staying on track.
What’s a fun fact about you that not many people know?
I have a masters degree in science and I have published research.
If you could choose anyone in the world as a mentor, who would it be?
What’s one habit / skill / goal that you’re currently working on?
Stopping the habit of having one glass of wine. It really is not needed I just need to stop the habit of drinking it.
What’s a mistake you made early in your life that taught you a lot?
The biggest mistake I made when I was young was moving away from family to a different country. I had no idea how important family was until I had a family of my own. I have missed out on a lot of great times. But it also thought me how how to create a village of my own.
If you could only eat one SBF meal or snack for a whole month, what would it be?
It would be great. I truly don’t feel like I am missing any thing by eating only SBF meals.
What’s your favourite quote?
If a job is worth doing it is worth doing correctly!
What motivates you to stay healthy?
I am a happier person when I am healthy. I love being happy!!
If you could be anyone else in the world for a day, who would it be and why?
I would not want to be anyone else. I am very content with my life and who I am.
How will you spend your retirement?
If it is up to my husband we will be sailing around the world on a catamaran. Then when in Australia we will be traveling around in our motorhome and have a base house next to water.

To create memories with the ones you love.
