Why is exercise so important?

At the start of our 4 week Challenge you’ll be given a “Workouts” file, which includes all your workout videos for the month. 

Workout options include:

  • HIIT (beginner & advanced options)
  • Core
  • Circuit using weights (workout of the week)
  • Upper Strength using weights or bands
  • Lower Strength using weights or bands
  • Yoga, Stretch & Mobility

Below is the suggested weekly schedule however, you may want to alter this based on your specific goals or any injuries.

You’ll also have access to hundreds of full-length workout videos in our member’s CREW HUB.
