Apple and carrot muffins

Ingredients
1 ½ cups wholemeal self raising flour (or GF self raising flour)
1 cup apple sauce
1 large carrot
1 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp baking Natvia
1 egg
Icing
2 tbsp low-fat cream cheese
1 tbsp baking Natvia
Directions

Mix everything together in a bowl.

Spoon into a non-stick muffin tray.

Bake in a 180 degree oven for approx. 15 mins, or until cooked through.
Icing

Mix all icing ingredients together and refrigerate until needed.

Divide evenly over the muffins once they have cooled.
