 3 cups wholemeal self raising flour
 2 cups apple sauce
 2 large carrot
 2 tsp baking powder
 2 tbsp baking Natvia
 2 egg
Icing
 4 tbsp low-fat cream cheese
 4 tbsp skim milk
 2 tbsp baking Natvia

Mix everything together in a bowl.

Spoon into a non-stick muffin tray.

Bake in a 120 degree oven for approx. 20 mins, or until cooked through.
