  cup wholemeal self raising flour
 ¼ cup apple sauce
 ¼ large carrot
 ¼ tsp baking powder
 ¼ tbsp baking Natvia
 ¼ egg
Icing
 ½ tbsp low-fat cream cheese
 ½ tbsp skim milk
 ¼ tbsp baking Natvia

Mix everything together in a bowl.

Spoon into a non-stick muffin tray.

Bake in a 120 degree oven for approx. 20 mins, or until cooked through.
