Basic lasagna

 500 g extra lean beef mince
 375 g tomato pasta sauce (or use the SBF bolognese sauce recipe)
 4 x sheets Latina Fresh Gluten Free Lasagna Sheets
 350 g low fat cottage cheese
 75 g grated low fat cheese



Brown the mince in a non-stick pan and then stir through the tomato pasta sauce.


Cover the bottom of a square oven dish with 1/3 of the mince. Layer 2 x lasagna sheets on top and spread 1/2 the cottage cheese over the sheets.


Spoon another 1/3 of the mince over the cottage cheese and top with the remaining lasagna sheets and cottage cheese. Finish with a final layer of mince and sprinkle with the grated cheese.


Bake the lasagna in 180-degree oven for 30 mins or until cheese has melted and lightly browned on top.
Vegetarian option:
* Replace mince with 500g Quorn.
