Carrot cake loaf

Ingredients

 300 g Vanilla Chobani yogurt
 1 ½ cups wholemeal self raising flour
 2 large eggs
 ½ cup grated carrot
 1 tsp cinnamon
 2 tbsp Baking Natvia
 1 tsp baking powder

Directions

Mix everything together in a bowl until just combined.

Spoon into a lined loaf tin and bake at 160 degrees for 45 mins or until cooked through.
