 150 g Vanilla Chobani yogurt
 ¾ cup wholemeal self raising flour
 1 large eggs
 ¼ cup grated carrot
 ½ tsp cinnamon
 1 tbsp Baking Natvia
 ½ tsp baking powder

Mix everything together in a bowl until just combined.

Spoon into a lined loaf tin and bake at 160 degrees for 45 mins or until cooked through.
