Chewy chia bars
Ingredients
4 cups puffed rice (or rice pops)
½ cup slivered almonds
½ cup shredded coconut
⅓ cup sunflower seeds
⅓ cup sultanas
½ cup honey
3 tbsp chia seeds

Directions

Heat honey in the microwave for 30 secs.

Combine all ingredients in a blender on high for 30 secs.

Press mixture into a lined 20 x 30cm baking tray. Place another sheet of baking paper on top and press down heavily (otherwise the bars will crumble after cooking).

Bake in 180 degree oven for 12-15 mins or until lightly browned. Allow to cool and then cut whilst in the tray. Tastes great frozen!
