
Whisk milk and eggs together and then stir through all other ingredients. Season if preferred.
Spoon 2 tbsps of mixture into a large non stick pan (mixture makes 12 fritters). Wait for bubbles to appear before flipping over and cooking the other side for approx. 1 min.
Fritters can be served hot, cold or stored frozen.
