Fish burger

Ingredients

 4 x bread rolls (no more than 175 cals each)
 460 g (4 x 115g) white fish fillets eg. basa
 120 g avocado, sliced
 4 x slices low fat Swiss cheese
 4 cups shredded cos lettuce
 1 x slice red onion
 2 tsp minced garlic
 4 tbsp low fat mayonnaise

Directions

Cook fish fillets over high heat in a non stick pan for approx. 3 mins each side (depending on the thickness of the fillet).

Place avocado on the bottom half of the roll followed by lettuce, cheese, onion and then the fish fillet.

Combine mayonnaise with garlic and dollop on top.
