Gourmet chicken pizza

 170 g cauliflower pizza base eg. Picasso Kitchen
 150 g shredded cooked chicken breast eg. bbq chook
 2 tbsp Low sugar bbq sauce eg. Fountain
 ½ x red capsicum thinly sliced
 ¼ x red onion, thinly sliced
 6 x cherry tomatoes, halved
 4 cups baby spinach, chopped
 ½ cup mushrooms, sliced
 40 g low fat feta, crumbled



Spread BBQ sauce over the pizza base and cover with the baby spinach.


Layer all the other ingredients on top, finishing with the feta sprinkled over everything.


Place the pizza in a 180-degree oven for 15-20 mins.
Gluten free option:
*Use a GF pizza base eg. Woolworths brand: "Julian's Gluten Free" 260g pizza base
*To serve 3 people!!!
Vegetarian option:
* Replace chicken with 75g haloumi, grated on top.
