 42 ½ g cauliflower pizza base eg. Picasso Kitchen
 37 ½ g shredded cooked chicken breast eg. bbq chook
 ½ tbsp Low sugar bbq sauce eg. Fountain
  x red capsicum thinly sliced
 x red onion, thinly sliced
 1 ½ x cherry tomatoes, halved
 1 cup baby spinach, chopped
  cup mushrooms, sliced
 10 g low fat feta, crumbled

Spread BBQ sauce over the pizza base and cover with the baby spinach.

Layer all the other ingredients on top, finishing with the feta sprinkled over everything.

Place the pizza in a 180-degree oven for 15-20 mins.
