Low sugar chocolate clusters

100 g Lindt dark chocolate No Sugar added
80 g Gluten free Special K almond & cranberry
30 g pumpkin seeds, chopped

Crunch Special K between hands in a bowl and then mix in the pumpkin seeds.

Place the chocolate in a microwave safe glass jug or dish and heat for 60 seconds. Stir and then heat a little longer if needed to melt all the chocolate.

Pour the chocolate into the bowl and cover all the ingredients.

Arrange 7 large spoonfuls of the mixture on a tray lined with baking paper and place in the freezer for 15 mins. Once set, store the clusters in the fridge or freezer.
