 300 g pitted dates
 300 g rolled oats
 100 g slivered almonds
 ½ cup Puregg Simply Eggwhites
 50 g light peanut butter

Combine everything in a food processor on high for 30 sec. Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat until the mixture holds together and is sticky.

Using damp hands, roll the mixture into 14 equal sized balls. Store in the fridge or freezer.
