Simple Thai beef bowl

 45 g Thai seasoning paste eg. Gourmet Garden
 500 g lean beef mince
 250 g snow peas, thinly sliced lengthways
 4 x small carrots, thinly sliced lengthways
 1 x lime, quartered
 x bunch a fresh basil to serve
 1 x small red chilli, thinly sliced
 3 cups cooked brown rice



Brown the mince in a pan and stir through Thai paste.


Arrange all other ingredients in a bowl and serve garnished with basil and lime wedges.
Vegetarian option:
* Replace mince with 500g Quorn mince.
