LOOP BANDS: For adding extra resistance and intensity to your core workouts. Includes 4 x resistance bands: light, medium, heavy, x-heavy and a protective drawstring carry bag.
FLAT BANDS: For upper and lower body strength workouts. 3 x resistance bands: light, medium, heavy and a protective drawstring carry bag.
