Ingredients

 33 ¾ g Thai seasoning paste eg. Gourmet Garden
 375 g lean beef mince
 187 ½ g snow peas, thinly sliced lengthways
 3 x small carrots, thinly sliced lengthways
 ¾ x lime, quartered
 x bunch a fresh basil to serve
 ¾ x small red chilli, thinly sliced
 2 ¼ cups cooked brown rice

Directions

Brown the mince in a pan and stir through Thai paste.

Arrange all other ingredients in a bowl and serve garnished with basil and lime wedges.
