How It Works

The SBF Challenge is a specific 4 week structured plan including everything you need to achieve your health, fitness and wellness goals.

Membership is strictly limited to 200 people. This is so I can personally keep in touch with everyone and members aren’t getting lost in the system. All members are a valuable asset to our SBF CREW. 

A new Challenge starts on the first Monday of every month. Once you join, you’ll receive:

Once you’ve registered, what happens next?

You’ll receive an email with all your resources and a password to our CREW HUB. Read this email thoroughly and if you have any questions, message Sally directly.

Download all of your resources.

Step 2

Save and / or print your resources.

Step 3

Join our “SBF CREW” Facebook group.

Step 4

Go food shopping with the shopping list provided.

Step 5

Do your food prep for the week.

Step 6

Determine your specific goals for the month.

Step 7

Write your daily / weekly / monthly habits in your HABIT TRACKER

Step 8

Tune in to our LIVE CREW CHAT Sunday night 6.30pm (AEST Qld time).
