How It Works

The SBF Challenge is a specific 4 week structured plan including everything you need to achieve your health, fitness and wellness goals.

Membership is strictly limited to 200 people. This is so I can personally keep in touch with everyone and members aren’t getting lost in the system. All members are a valuable asset to our SBF CREW. 

A new Challenge starts on the first Monday of every month. Once you join, you’ll receive:

The steps

Once you’ve registered, what happens next?

You’ll receive an email with all your resources and a password to our CREW HUB. Read this email thoroughly and if you have any questions, message Sally directly.

Step 1

Download all of your resources and save to your phone, tablet or computer. All our recipes and workouts have electronic links for your convenience.

Step 2

Print your PLANNER.

Step 3

Decide on your goal for the month and complete the first page of your PLANNER.

Step 4

Complete your HABIT TRACKER and follow the instructions provided.

Step 5

Go food shopping with the shopping list provided.

Step 6

Decide if you’d like to follow my suggested training plan or choose at least 3 workouts from the weekly training sessions available and schedule these in your PLANNER for Week 1.

Step 7

Accept my invitation to the private “SBF CREW” Facebook group.

Step4 8

Tune in to our LIVE CREW CHAT Sunday night 6.30pm (AEST Qld time).

You’re now organised, prepared and fully equipped to achieve your goals.
