SBF Challenge FAQ
Yes! Pick and choose what will best suit your routine and goals.
No! You can do all workouts at home using either SBF BANDS or basic gym equipment (see below).
The strength sessions have 2 options
1. Using SBF FLAT BANDS
2. Using basic home equipment below:
- Kettlebell (8-16kg)
- Dumbbells (4-10kg)
- Chin-up/dip bar
- Box or step
- Optional: skipping rope, barbell, medicine ball, cardio equipment (treadmill, stationary bike, rower)
The BENWOW sessions can be done using body weight only OR using the above basic home equipment.
HIIT: 12 – 30 mins (depending on your fitness level / time available)
BENWOW: 15 – 40 mins(depending on your fitness level / time available)
STRENGTH: 20 – 30 mins
YOGA: 30 mins
CORE: 8 mins
SBF Yoga is a combination of vinyasa yoga, static stretches and poses and has an added balance element at the end of each class.
Yes! Our Program is designed so you can do it ANYWHERE and at ANY TIME, regardless of your age, fitness level, location etc.
If you are injured in any way, you can modify or replace exercises OR you may have to focus entirely on the nutrition and MIND SET components.
Injuries and illness are a part of life, and something we need to deal with when implementing our healthy lifestyle. The SBF Challenge teaches you that there is always SOMETHING you can do to work towards your health and fitness goals.
You will be sent ALL your fitness training sessions and the fuel plan AT THE START of the Challenge. This way, if you do become sick or injured and don’t want to participate, you’ll have all the tools to pick up again at a later date.
Yes! You have the option of following our exact fuel plans:
- Non-vegetarian (meat included)
- Gluten free
OR following our Food Serves Guide where you choose the food you want to eat BUT it must be in accordance with our food serves guide.
You will have access to our members only online recipe catalogue. If you don’t like a particular meal or snack in your fuel plan, simply change it for one that you do love. You also have the option of following our food serves guide and preparing your own recipes.
If you are on a monthly membership you can cancel your membership at any time. Simply login in to your account on the SBF CREW HUB and cancel your subscription.
If you are on a weekly payment plan, this is a minimum 12 month membership. You can cancel your membership at any time after 12 months.

The main focus of our Challenge is your mindset. I remind you of this every single morning in my daily group post. I talk about it every Sunday in our live Facebook CREW CHAT and I continually encourage you with positive mindset techniques.
The SBF PLANNER!!! This allows you to physically write down your weekly timetable as well as your daily goals and tasks. I encourage you to spend 5 mins each morning and night to review your PLANNER to help keep focused.
Yes! But always seek guidance from your ob/gyn or other medical professional before you undertake any exercise or nutrition program. Follow your specialist's advice.
