Ingredients

 350 g lean ham, diced
 735 g tin of corn, drained
 3 ½ cups baby spinach, chopped
 1 ¾ cups grated low-fat cheese
 3 ½ x carrots, grated
 3 ½ x eggs
  cup Puregg liquid egg whites
 1 ¾ cups self raising flour

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a bowl.

Spoon into a lined 20 x 30cm baking dish and smooth the top.

Bake at 180-degrees for 25 mins or until firm to touch.
