Ingredients

 ½ cup pumpkin seeds
 ¾ cup shredded coconut
 ¾ cup wholemeal self raising flour
 ¾ cup skim milk
 ¼ cup sultanas
 ½ x egg
  cup liquid egg whites
  cup Baking Natvia (or other low-calorie sweetener)

Directions

Mix everything together in a bowl.

Pour into a lined 30 x 15cm baking tray.

Bake in a 180-degree oven for 30 mins or until lightly browned on top and cooked through.
